The structure of the Trullo covers an area of about 150 square metres, while the whole property covers an area of about 10.000 sqm. Trullo Comfort is located on the same land.
The inner areas include:
- a wide living room equipped with relax area and dining room;
- an equipped kitchen;
- three bedrooms (bedroom 1 and bedroom 2-3);
- three bathrooms (two exclusive to two bedrooms ).
The outdoor area develops on a land rich in olive, almond and fruit trees and includes:
- a wide and exclusive swimming pool equipped with sun beds and beach umbrellas;
- a solarium area equipped with Jacuzzi;
- a luxuriant garden with lawn;
- a porch equipped with outdoor table and chairs;
- an outdoor kitchen (equipped with electric stove, barbecue and wood oven);
- a laudry area;
- an electric gate with remote control system;
- a private car park.

CONTIONS:
Down Payment 30% of the total amount.
Balance within 15 days before arrival.
Deposit: € 300,00 cash at the arrival, which will be given back at the end of the location, in lack of damages.
The Trullo is available from 15:00 of the arrival date and sahl be free by 10:00 of the departure day.
The rates are considered weekly from Saturday to Saturday during the high season period June-September.
In the other periods, we can agree on arrivals and departures different from Saturday.
NOTE:
HEATED SWIMMING-POOL: 150,00/week
JACUZZI: included in the price from June to September (in the other periods the cost is € 150,00/week)
