INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA pursuant to art. 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679

Dear Customer,

please read this information carefully, prepared pursuant to art. 13 and 14 of the European Regulation 2016/679, which describes the methods of processing the personal data of Dolce Vita customers.

Data controller

The data controller is “La Dolce Vita Sas” in the person of his legal representative with registered office in via Torre Pellice,17/a 10156 Turin.

Theuser observes the applicable laws on copyright and privacy protection, as well as the specific criminal rules relating to the IT and electronic communication sector, as well as any other general provisions of the law Until the exercise of the right of objection that can be exercised by contacting the Dolce Vita in the manner described below

 

After the storage terms indicated above, the data will be deleted or anonymized, from all archives with the technical procedures of deletion also from the backups performed.

In case of litigation, personal data will be stored until the prescribed period provided by the legislation for the protection of rights related to the contractual relationship.

Types of data processed

The types of data processed by the Dolce Vita are information necessary for the provision of the service. By way of example,
we describe below what data arecollected:

  • personal and particular identification data;
  • identification documents;
  • data relating to the stay;
  • purchase history;
  • credit card and/or bank card data
  • data related to the electronic devices used to connect to the wi fi network of the structure;

Method of data collection

Personal data is provided spontaneously directly by the interested party or collected through the Dolce Vita institutional website or through other subjects such as:

  • traditional and online travel agencies.

How to treat

The processing will be carried out in an automated and manual form, in full compliance with the provisions of Article 32 of the EU Regulation 2016/679; below the Dolce Vita provides a brief description of such treatments:

  • operations that allow collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, editing, deletion and destruction;
  • use of electronic tools that allow the storage, management and transmission of data; the instruments are configured in such a way as to guarantee confidentiality and data protection;
  • for paper documents, Dolce Vita has prepared suitable custody measures that preclude its knowledge to subjects without authorization.

Data provision

Dolce Vita will not be able to fulfill the activities/purposes described above and in general will not be able to fulfill the obligations assumed where the provision of personal data is functional to the execution of a contract or to the fulfillment of a legal obligation.

Recipients of data

Personal data may be transferred/sharedand processed by other third parties/entities, regularly appointed external managers or independent data controllers. By way of mere exhaustiveness, the subjects are:

  • Law enforcement agencies to fulfill the obligation provided for in Article 109 of the R.D. 18.6.1931 n. 773, which requires us to register and communicate to the Police Headquarters the details of the customers housed;
  • Dolce Vita staff (e.g. administration);
  • Credit institutions or credit card issuers to manage customer payments;
  • consultants necessary to comply with current administrative, accounting and tax obligations;
  • any legal advisors;
  • Insurance institutions;
  • managers of email and sms (CRM) sending platforms;

may be made and knowable to Third Parties for the defense of rights, as well as in compliance with the
obligations provided for by law or regulations and at the request of the competent Authorities.

Data transfer

Dolce Vita does not transfer to third countries and does not have an automated decision-making process related to natural persons. The data could be transferred to countries within the EU and extra EU. entities and/or third parties receiving the data as specified above under “recipients of data”.

Rights of data subjects

In relation to the data subject to the processing referred to in this information, the data subject is recognized at any time the right to:

  • Access to your personal data (Art. 15 EU Regulation No. 2016/679);
  • Correction of your personal data (Art. 16 EU Regulation No. 2016/679);
  • Deletion of your personal data (Art. 17 EU Regulation No. 2016/679);
  • Limitation of your personal data (Art. 18 EU Regulation No. 2016/679);
  • The right to object to the processing of one’s data in the cases provided for by law (Art. 21 EU Regulation no.
    2016/679);
  • On the withdrawal of consent to the processing of your personal data, without prejudice to the lawfulness of
    the processing itself based on the consent acquired before the withdrawal (Art. 7, par. 3 EU Regulation no. 2016/679). In any case, the withdrawal of consent to the processing of the personal data of the data subject will result in the continuation of the ongoing employment or collaboration relationship, being consent to the processing of data an essential requirement for the correct execution of the employment or collaboration relationship.
  • To lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority, based in Piazza Venezia n. 11, 00187 Rome (Art. 77 EU Regulation No. 2016/679) in case of violation of its rights.
